This irresistible recipe can be found here! I made it the other night to go along with our "breakfast for dinner" theme we had going. This sweet loaf was accompanied by a scramble, basically eggs and all sorts of veggies I needed to use up (bell pepper, onions, green onions, potatoes, sausage, and cheese). If your a fairly good baker, like myself (read NOT by any means pro), this loaf is easy to make! Full disclosure: I didn't have the patience to wait for the bread to cool completely... needless to say it came out of the pan in pieces. So, the last picture is from sweet peas kitchen, where the recipe came from. My final product looked pretty messy, but luckily, was scrumptious!
